Where are your products made?
All of our products are proudly made right here in the U.S.A.
Can you add my company logo on a door barricade?
Yes, we can add your company logo! Although, you will have to provide the artwork in a PDF format. Please contact us directly.
The door barricade sags when I attach it to the door, what should I do?
You just have to attach it properly. Magnetic Door Barrier™ products are made to fit a standard 36″ wide door. The actual size of the product is 42″ long. Simply attach one end of the barricade to the doors metal frame (door jamb). Once attached turn the barricade on an angle and attach the other end until you get a secured fit. Our extra long door barriers should be attached in a similar fashion.
Do the nylon banners come in any other colors?
All of our stock units conform to OSHA Standards. However, we do offer a variety of colors. This would fall under our customization program. Please contact us directly.
Do you offer customized text on the door barricades?
Yes, we can add whatever signage is required for your facility. However, it would fall under our customization program. Please contact us directly.
What payment types do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Money Orders and Cashiers Checks.
When will my order ship?
We will ship orders within 1-4 days from the time the order is placed. Weekend orders will not be shipped until Monday. If you need the products immediately, please call for availability. If your items are out of stock, we will notify you via email.
When will I receive my order?
Depending on your location domestic shipping usually takes 5-7 days after the order is placed. If items are drop-shipped from one of our Distributors it may arrive on their terms. If your items are out of stock, we will notify you via email.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide.
What is your Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy?
We want you to be satisfied. Our return policy works like this: Return the product within 30 days of invoice. Shipping fees are not refundable. All returns must be in original packaging. Defective parts or products sent to you in error will be exchanged or refunded in full. Some items may require a re-stocking fee. Please contact us if an item needs to be returned.
